How do you describe seeing two great grandsons one you’ve never met. And add to that seeing all the family you’ve not seen in over two years plus your’re much loved daughter and husband we had seen last July Talk about Christmas in April!! I felt 10 feet tall. Ryan and Jack endeared themselves to all of us. Ryan use to talk to me on the phone and called me Nana then in the last few months he changed it to Grandma. Of course I loved both names. As they sat on the bed they were asked which did they want to call me and both agreed on Nana. We had a ball I got to go out to one of the parks on a picnic with them all and saw all their antics with playground equipment and throwing sticks and rocks into one of the small lakes. They loved to race down our hall and of course the laughter and squeals resounded throughout the house. What beautiful music. The backyard was a place to run and that is always special to little boys. Ryan had been told they would fly to NM well there are no flies on this boy. They had to be picked up in Lubbock Tex. by uncle Glenn. He stated we flew to Texas and road in the van to New mexico. Lets get this thing right!! They got to see their other great grandmother and aunt and were given kites and bubbles to blow. What fun amen and amen! There were many things to do and see. Jack is very athletic even at 18 mo. He has a wicked throwing arm. Jen and Erick are the best parents and Nonnie and Papa the best grandparents. Susie called yesterday and asked Jack if he wanted to say hi to me. He had seen Ryan do this many times so he grabbed the phone and said Nana, what a thrill. All of us had a wonderful time and now many fond memories. Thank you Lord Jesus.
